The Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic Sr. Demand Gen Manager to drive regional awareness and build pipeline in a fast-paced market. This role is crucial for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that generate qualified interest and fuel pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to analyze and optimize results. A deep understanding of the US and Canada markets is essential, along with the ability to design and execute integrated marketing strategies.

What You'll Do
  1. Cross-functionally collaborate with product marketing, product management, sales leadership, and customer success to align demand generation initiatives with strategic objectives and business goals.
  2. Drive awareness and demand for Planview's Digital Products solutions through multi-channel programs such as content syndication, advertising, social media, email marketing, events, webinars, etc.
  3. Manage end-to-end coordination and management of demand generation programs, including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  4. Develop and optimize email nurture streams, crafting targeted content and messaging to drive engagements leading to pipeline.
  5. Partner with go-to-market teams to create compelling content driving engagements across the buyer's journey.
  6. Track and analyze engagement metrics, continuously optimizing campaigns and reporting results to management.
  7. Partner closely with Sales and SDRs to ensure seamless campaign alignment and execution.
What You'll Bring
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS software marketing, demand generation, and sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in latest B2B demand generation trends with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, email marketing (Marketo knowledge preferred).
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com to evaluate performance and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills effective in both formal and informal settings.
  • Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

$130,000 - $150,000 estimated salary based on industry standards and location.
