Job Title: Occupational Health Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at IMP Aerospace & Defence. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate hazards in the workplace.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on occupational health and safety matters.
  • Assist with incident investigations and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement health and safety training programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on occupational health and safety data.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational health and safety or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
