Meat Department Supervisor

About the Role:
The Meat Supervisor is a key member of our store team, responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. As a Meat Supervisor, you will supervise the department and staff, acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Supervise the meat department and staff
- Foster customer loyalty and fulfill customer needs
- Contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement
Requirements:
- Journeyperson Meat Cutting Certificate
- Minimum 12 months experience
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full knowledge of department operations and skills
