Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1456062 BC LTD. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of food service staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our business, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
