Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in infusion therapy to join our team. As an Infusion Nurse, you will work with clients in their homes or in our community clinics, providing a wide range of nursing services, including:

  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring client health and well-being
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

Responsibilities

As an Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes or in our community clinics
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families to promote health and well-being

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current registration with the applicable provincial licensing body
  • Experience in infusion therapy, preferably in a community or home care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
