Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our field teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with internal departments, managing resources, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with NI and MOD supervisors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage budgets and track financial expenditures for material and parts
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedures to streamline processes
  • Prepare reports using SAP and MS Office to inform business decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree in Business or Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in the elevator industry or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to provide clear and written communications
