Key Responsibilities- Assist in the administration of claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and external partners to resolve claims
- Work collaboratively with the claims team to identify and address trends and issues
- Conduct research and analysis to support claims decisions
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activity
- Currently pursuing a University or College Degree in Insurance, Business, Kinesiology, Psychology, or Sociology
- Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions
- Able to perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to consider multiple perspectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Great time management, ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail
