At McDonald's Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and implementing operational strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, reduce waste, and optimize supply chain logistics to minimize costs.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities, and grounds to maintain a positive image and ensure customer safety.

About You:

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and communication skills, who is able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve results. You should have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in sales growth, customer experience, team management, inventory management, food safety and quality, and maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a retirement plan.
