Job Title: Digital Ad Sales Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ad Sales Business Systems Analyst to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving various initiatives related to digital ad media architecture and business / technology enablers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of digital ad media technologies (DSP, SSP, Ad Servers, Ad unit, direct vs programmatic campaigns, etc.) and the Ad Sales business processes.
  • Drive various initiatives related to digital ad media architecture and business / technology enablers.
  • Support relevant projects and play an anchor role in driving business / technology enablers.
  • Lead and coach other business analysts at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
  • Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements.
  • Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
  • Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of digital ad media technologies and Ad Sales business processes.
  • Experience in multiple business areas and on multiple project types.
  • Ability to incorporate interdepartmental dependencies and impact into project.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Benefits:
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite 3 days a week.
  • Location: Toronto, Hybrid 3 days in person.
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor.
  • Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience.
