Business Systems Analyst

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting system solutions and processes in SAP SD module.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement system solutions and processes in SAP SD module
* Collaborate with internal and external process partners to ensure efficient value-added methodology
* Lead project task areas in the execution of technology processes
* Create process/technical specs for internal and 3rd party IT partners
* Oversee and monitor development of technical solutions with process partners
* Create and oversee Whirlpool testing scripts for processes
* Develop training documents and processes as required
* Handle SAP system support for order-to-cash issues and root cause analysis
* Lead EDI initiatives for trade partner implementations and changes
* Support transportation team by maintaining SAP system tables and analysis

**Requirements**

* University degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
* Advanced knowledge of SAP SD module with at least two years of experience
* Knowledge of EDI standards and experience in coordinating implementation and enhancement initiatives
* Experience leading system implementations, process improvements, or project management
* Demonstrated experience supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale, integrated business systems
