Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and maintaining our store's inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient stocking of merchandise.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Restock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Process customer transactions, including bagging and loading purchases, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and inventory goals, and participate in visual merchandising and store displays.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
