Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and maintaining our store's inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient stocking of products.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Assist customers with finding products and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in inventory management, including cycle counting and stockroom audits.
  • Collaborate with the sales floor team to ensure seamless product availability and display.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
