Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock shelves and display areas with products, ensuring that they are properly faced and priced.
  • Process electronic transactions using computer equipment and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
