ROSS is currently seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to fill a 6-month contract position in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security and be able to work effectively with Lotus Notes.

Job Overview

This contract position offers a flexible schedule with 5-hour workdays, Monday through Friday. The ability to work from home or adjust your schedule may be available, making it an attractive opportunity for those who value work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for network security initiatives, ensuring the protection of Ross's digital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to information security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience in network security, preferably with a focus on firewalls and security protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of Lotus Notes and its applications in a business setting.
  • RSA Certified Security Professional designation or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with CCSA, CCSE, or CCSP certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
