Karis Disability Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Recruitment Administrator to join our District Office team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers to gain valuable experience in various aspects of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess resumes and applications to ensure alignment with our organization's needs and values.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our organization and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Managers on community partnership projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our organization's values, vision, and mission, and demonstrate these principles in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Work 35 hours per week for approximately 8-16 weeks.
- Be between the ages of 18-30 at the start of employment.
- Be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
