Recruitment Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at Science North. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and screening applicants, advising job applicants on employment requirements, and coordinating selection and examination boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for the position.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and any other relevant information.
- Review candidate inventories to identify the most suitable candidates for the position.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill job openings.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
