Proposal Coordinator

TRM Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to lead the management and preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) on a full-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Proposal Management: Manage the end-to-end process of a proposal response, including providing advice and guidance to Recruiters and Account Management, ensuring adherence to the prescribed template and matrix formats identified in the RFP.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA of all proposal response components, including proofreading and editing documents, matrices, resumes, project references, and proposal submission content according to TRM's guidelines.
- Facilitation and Coordination: Facilitate bid meetings and ensure proposal schedules are identified and followed, as well as prepare all final bid packages, including printing and binding.
- Administrative Support: Assist with all administrative tasks required to ensure the Bid Development Centre runs effectively, including tracking RFPs, updating reports, filing RFPs and proposals, etc.
- Exceptional Organization Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks according to highly time-sensitive material.
- Communication Skills: Possess full fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in proposal administration/coordination/management, IT recruitment, or development of resource skills matrices for bid purposes is essential.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently, with energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.
- Time Management: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
