beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and repair.
  • Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc) to meet quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship to demonstrate expertise and knowledge.
  • Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting to demonstrate proficiency and skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-quality work and meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
