Job Title: Office Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Supervisor to join our team at Mountain Fire Protection LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees to ensure smooth operation of office equipment and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
