Food Service Team Lead

Taco Time is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules
Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
Supervise Food Preparation StaffLead and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Estimate Ingredients and SuppliesAccurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining the reputation of Taco Time as a leader in the industry.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
ReportingPrepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal SuitabilityFlexibility, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
Work ConditionsPermanent position with 32 hours per week.
Work language: English.
