Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all levels of preventative maintenance services on a scheduled basis in a professional manner.
  • Analyze equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions for repairs, replacements, or adjustments.
  • Document and report additional items requiring follow-up service work by a technician.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of PM service checklist, inspections, and work order information for customer reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and equipment operators.
  • Operate machinery to assess performance and verify repair effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a service-oriented environment.
  • Motivated and energetic individual with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • A high degree of mechanical aptitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-hours and shiftwork as required.
  • A valid Class D license.
  • Experience operating, servicing, and/or maintaining material handling equipment.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
