Job Overview
Spectrum Accounting Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Administrator to provide exceptional support and customer service to our clients. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and COVID-19 safe experience.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Respond to all emails and voicemails within 24 hours, providing timely resolutions.
- Setup, organize, and maintain client files, adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Review information for inaccuracies or missing data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive and send mail, coordinating with couriers and administrators as required.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and privacy throughout daily tasks.
- Assist with copying, faxing, and scanning projects as needed.
- Prepare and maintain both financial and administrative documentation and records.
- Perform other duties to meet workplace operations requirements.

Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration or equivalent work experience an asset.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks accounting software highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Punjabi required.
