Liquor Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at North Central Co-op. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff in a fast-paced liquor store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of retail staff in a positive and engaging manner, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and ensure an excellent level of service for members and customers.
- Assist with the pricing and inventory management processes, marketing programs, and adherence to regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all HR, Operational, AGLC, Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions that matter most.
- 18 years or older.
- High school diploma (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of liquor retail experience.
- Previous supervisory experience (an asset).
- Basic Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel) skills.
- Previous merchandising knowledge.
- WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) training would be an asset.
- ProServ Liquor Staff Training.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs while receiving stock/product.
