Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Establish work schedules and manage inventory levels to minimize waste.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, office personnel, and volunteers.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
