Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with proctoring duties for our Fall 2024 semester. As a Proctoring Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our examination process and providing a supportive environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proctoring examinations and ensuring the security of examination materials
  • Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for students
  • Assisting with the setup and teardown of examination venues
  • Communicating with faculty and staff as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, with a total of 6 hours per week. You will be required to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Language of Work:

This position is available in French and English.

Hourly Rate:

The hourly rate for this position is $37.91 for graduate students and $31.59 for undergraduate students.
