Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch service. This role models the core values of CashCo Financial through daily interactions, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently strive for exceptional customer service
  • Review and understand various reporting statements
  • Promote the business by developing professional relationships with clients, marketing materials, and daily reports
  • Ensure accurate data entry when completing loan applications
  • Participate in local store marketing initiatives, both internally and externally
  • Perform recovery calls for delinquent accounts
  • Maintain exceptional inbound and outbound phone skills to communicate products and services
  • Open Bank Accounts and ensure accurate data entry
  • Resolve client concerns and escalate as necessary
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures

Cash Handling Process:

  • Adhere to all cash control policies
  • Nightly bank deposits
  • Balance cash, debit swipes, and cheque cashing
  • Ensure all negotiable items are accurately balanced
  • Report cash discrepancies as per CashCo Financial's Cash Over/Short Incident reporting policy

Compliance:

  • Ensure all regulatory requirements and diligence in reporting as required by AML and other provincial specific legislation
  • Ensure all client information is kept strictly confidential and in accordance with CashCo Financial privacy policies

Personal Behavior and Development:

  • Ensure time and attendance policies are followed
  • Maintain professionalism when representing CashCo Financial
  • Foster relationships based on trust, honesty, and respect with co-workers and clients
  • Ability to change and seek continuous improvement
  • Practice self-awareness and identify personal development needs

Requirements:

  • Able to succeed and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends only
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn quickly to new software
  • Cash handling experience
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
