About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our team of servers, cooks, and management staff. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a strong understanding of the food service industry.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, we also offer 35-40 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory control.
  • To supervise and train staff members in order to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the food service industry, making recommendations for menu items and promotions as needed.
  • To monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior management role within the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
