Childcare Coordinator

At Country Casa Montessori and Daycare Ltd., we are seeking a dedicated Childcare Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our children.
About the RoleThe Childcare Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare centre, ensuring that all activities and programs are safe, engaging, and aligned with our Montessori philosophy.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our educators, staff, and families to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in our children.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of daily childcare operations, including planning and implementation of activities, meals, and rest periods;
- Coordination of educational programs and events, such as storytime, music sessions, and outdoor activities;
- Development and maintenance of relationships with parents, guardians, and community service providers;
- Maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to licensing regulations and company policies;
- Supervision and coordination of activities of other educators and assistants;
- Communication of child progress and concerns to parents and guardians;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field;
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and Montessori principles;
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
