Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Demand For HR. As a key member of our Direct to Consumer Channel, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Quote and sell insurance home and auto policies
- Assist new customers with their insurance needs and provide ongoing support
- Service existing customers by updating policies to meet their changing needs and offering new products as required
- Drive strong customer retention by delivering a world-class customer experience
- Underwrite new business, policy endorsements, and renewals by obtaining necessary information from customers
- College diploma or university degree
- Sales and customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with ability to match products to customer needs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software applications
This role offers a competitive base salary, up to 10% annual bonus, 4 weeks of vacation annually, pension, RSP program, flexible benefits, and access to discounted products and wellness programs.
