Job SummaryWe're looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to lead our hair styling team and manage the day-to-day operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Hair Styling: Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior hair stylists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
- Salon Operations: Manage the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior hair stylist role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and managing staff.
- Credentials: A valid hairstylist license and certification in relevant areas, such as color correction and chemical processing.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
