WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. You'll oversee all salon operations, providing guidance and support to your team to achieve success.
2. As a role model, you'll empower your staff to grow their clientele and contribute to the business's profitability.
3. Deliver high-quality hair care services, setting the standard for excellence and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
4. You'll serve as a mentor and coach, unlocking the potential of your team members and fostering a positive work environment.
5. Recruit, train, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and ease, maintaining a harmonious team dynamic.

• Lead by example, prioritize customer service, and resolve challenges with poise.
• You're skilled in training and developing your team, creating a positive work environment, and guiding on business and technical matters.
• You hold a current cosmetology or barber license, as required by provincial regulations.
• You can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• You're tech-savvy and proficient in administrative tasks.
• You're comfortable with basic math and can read, write, and communicate effectively.
• You're available for travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• You need good eyesight to observe guests' hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Standing, lifting, and reaching are part of your daily tasks; you'll occasionally lift 10-25 pounds.
• You'll be exposed to chemicals and fragrances in our treatments; you should be comfortable with these.
