Northgate Bakery Store Supervisor Role
We are seeking a skilled Store Supervisor to join our team at Northgate Bakery. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our products are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Order and manage inventory, including stock levels and product rotation.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient store operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain store displays and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
