Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at KACL. As a Community Support Worker in Intensive Supported Independent Living, you will play a vital role in guiding at-risk and vulnerable young adults in creating a safe and supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong, resilient relationships with individuals and promote a sense of community and belonging.
- Help individuals to explore and achieve their goals, and provide support to enhance their lives.
- Be a role model and provide positive support to individuals, helping them to feel safe, at ease, and free to be.
