We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Household Support: Assist clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks, helping to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation to appointments and social events, ensuring their safe and timely arrival.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
