As a Sales Manager at The Affinity Group, you will be responsible for providing leadership, mentoring, and career development coaching to the sales team. You will also be expected to assist our sales representatives in achieving sales and budget projections.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and career development coaching to the sales team.
  • Assist sales reps in reaching sales and budget projections.
  • Represent all products sold effectively.
  • Maximize sales potential with all products at every account.
  • Achieve sales projections and targets.
  • Participate in industry trade shows.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and in-house promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the foodservice industry.
  • Experience working with major distributors, contract feeders, and regional accounts.
  • Proven track record of foodservice sales, excellent understanding of marketing and operator programs.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and oral).
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills - in both the boardroom and kitchen.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license.
