Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to join our team. This role will report directly to the partner group and provide support to all members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at a senior level, identifying opportunities to deliver exceptional service.
  • Review and prepare personal and corporate tax returns, as well as audit, review, and compilation engagements, and financial statement disclosures.
  • Deliver high-quality service and business advice to clients, working closely with partners and senior staff on business processes and compliance.
  • Provide coaching and development support to firm staff at all levels, preparing and presenting technical sessions as needed.
  • Manage engagement financials, including budgets, work-in-process variances, and billing.
Requirements
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent.
  • 5-10+ years of public accounting or relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Caseware, and TaxPrep.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of a client-focused, fast-paced work environment and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deliverables.
