Job Title: Heavy-Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy-Duty Cleaner to join our team at Dakota Medical Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Heavy-Duty Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris, dirt, and heavy debris
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Supervise other workers
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
