About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Drop Cleaner. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Industrial Cleaning Equipment: Safely operate industrial vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and other equipment to remove debris, dirt, and other refuse from our facilities.
  • Empty Waste Containers: Regularly empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Maintain Facilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings, as well as contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct Safety Checks: Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our employees and the integrity of our facilities.
  • Perform Other Maintenance Tasks: Assist with other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair, as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced industrial environment with repetitive tasks and varying temperatures.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly bend, crouch, and kneel to perform cleaning tasks, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
