At Viacore Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Rubber Materials Specialist to join our team. As a Rubber Materials Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of rubber materials, training others, operating machines to cut and shape rubber materials, inspecting finished products, making adjustments and repairs, troubleshooting, and performing housekeeping duties.

  • Inspect rubber materials for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers in rubber materials handling and processing
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products
  • Make minor adjustments or repairs to rubber products
  • Troubleshoot and locate faults in rubber materials and equipment
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties in the workplace
