Key Responsibilities
  • Check and monitor product quality to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, and splice rubber materials
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed
  • Troubleshoot and locate faults in machines or equipment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
