Landscape Labourer Position Summary


Cedar Springs Landscape Group is seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our outdoor crew. The successful candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of landscapes, gardens, and grounds.



Responsibilities

  • Assist with landscape constructions.
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants.
  • Cut grass.
  • Rake and collect refuse.
  • Remove litter and garbage.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Lay sod or seed.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
  • Spread sand or salt on sidewalks for snow or ice control.
  • Plant and move trees.
    Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and working in physically demanding conditions.



Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 40 hours per week of work.

Language of work: English.
