About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Electrical Draftsman to join our team at BBA. As a Junior Electrical Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed electrical drawings and designs for our clients in the energy and natural resources industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed electrical drawings and designs using AutoCAD and other software
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to ensure that designs meet client requirements and industry standards
  • Participate in the development of new designs and technologies to improve our services and products
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the improvement of our internal tools and processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5 years or less of relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Carte de l'ASP Construction (BBA may offer this training as needed)
  • Intermediate knowledge of workplace safety and construction site surveillance
  • Basic knowledge of electrical safety in installations
  • Bonus: knowledge of 3D software and Revit
  • Bonus: bilingualism (French and English)
