Compensation Package

We offer an estimated annual salary of $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Prioritization Plans: Create and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics, including arranging training for staff and requisitioning materials and equipment.
  • Co-ordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, prepare and submit reports, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Education: A college degree or CEGEP certification.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement: Strong judgement and decision-making abilities.
