Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods;
  • Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to negotiate rates and resolve issues;
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases to track inventory, shipping, and revenue;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on supply chain procedures and best practices;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and technologies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of achieving supply chain goals, improving efficiency, and reducing costs;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
