Cyber Security Program Lead/Project Manager

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Program Lead/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Cyber Security program, ensuring the highest level of security posture and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead, track, and influence the SOC transformation program, including automation prioritization and security controls roadmap, from a planning, delivery, and financial perspective.
  • Financial Planning: Support the financial plan and annual budget of the security program, including forecasting, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risk, and manage the reporting and overall delivery.
  • Agile Delivery: Support and encourage agile delivery approach and scrum methodology in the team, including leading planning, Kanban boards grooming, and prioritization, retrospective sessions.
  • Security Posture: Understand and track overall security posture by generating metrics and leading various related projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of security standards.
  • Technological Advancements: Supervise the development and implementation of new technological approaches, services, and methods, and analyze the resulting impact on security posture.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in engineering, business administration, information technology, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in strategic planning and 3+ years' experience in project/program management of Security, Network, or IT technology solutions.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills, autonomous, self-learner, and ability to assimilate new methodologies, frameworks, and technologies, high tolerance to ambiguity, and ability to adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities and business acumen, strong dedication to customer focus, ability to manage time and priorities across multiple projects and duties, excellent synthesis and analysis capacity, and excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cybersecurity Experience: 3-5 years' experience in cybersecurity domain and leading cybersecurity projects and programs would be a bonus.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (French and English) an asset.
