We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes preparing and submitting budget estimates, hiring and supervising subcontractors, and planning and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 people, including subcontractors and staff.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control programs to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including preparing and submitting estimates, and monitoring expenses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. A cellular phone will be provided for work purposes.
