We're Looking for:
Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, seeks an experienced Lot Assistant to coordinate vehicle inventory. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working at a dealership or similar organization, controlling vehicle inventory, and preparing vehicles for transport.

The Role:
- Ensure vehicles are ready for auction and ensure vehicles are in working order
- Accurately record any services provided to ensure accurate billing
- Prepare vehicles to move through our remarketing system, including staging vehicles for reconditioning shops or transportation
- Photograph vehicles post-reconditioning services
- Provide customer service by assisting customers or other internal departments in retrieving their vehicles
- Assist with vehicle stock in & check out process
- Operate vehicles under various weather conditions
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers' license is required
- Basic computer & smartphone skills required
- Experience working outside in all weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions
- Bilingual in French and English is ideal
- Qualified/Experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/or tow trucks is strongly preferred
- Being licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs
