Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware troubleshooting and repair of desktop and laptop PCs
  • PC imaging and deployment to field units
  • Problem resolution for customer-reported issues
  • Technical support for Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7)
  • Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts
  • WiFi technology and VPN
  • Imaging technologies (RIS, Image X, WDS)
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in PC support and/or deskside support
  • Strong knowledge of client hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
  • Able to lift 50lb
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lotus Notes and Blackberry experience
  • 2 years of experience in PC support and/or deskside support
