Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an RBC Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting, nurturing, and growing relationships with our high-value personal and small business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, professional advice and collaborate with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals and navigate key life events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives.
  • Utilize your expertise in everyday banking, investments, and credit to provide comprehensive advice and support to clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues to leverage the RBC ecosystem and deliver a robust Advice Experience that meets the complex needs of personal and business clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge to remain a trusted advisor to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Fluency in both French and English to serve RBC's French and English-speaking customers
