Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive and personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Process day-to-day transactions and manage client accounts
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business with Scotiabank
- Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on Scotiabank's products and services, providing expert advice to clients and promoting digital banking solutions
- Proven customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong technical skills, with experience using digital banking platforms and mobile applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
